Do you cater to children?

At Ark we cater to children from 12 years old + and they must also participate in the tasting menu.

Do you cater to allergies?

We kindly ask that you inform us 72hrs in advance of your reservation, and we will do our best to accommodate any dietaries and allergies.
Please be aware however, due to the nature of our cuisine we can not accommodate anyone that has a severe nut allergy and requires an EpiPen and mushroom allergies, additionally we do not cater to soy allergies as many of our creams are based on soy.

Can I buy a giftcard in any of your restaurants?

You can buy our gift cards online in the footer below (or click here), that can be used at any of our restaurants.

How can I view job opportunities and apply for a position?

We are always looking for new members to join our ever growing team! Even if there are no vacancies, please feel free to apply via this page here.

Can I rent our part of/the whole of the restaurant?

Yes, please email us on matthew@arkcollection, to get a quote and booking details.

What do we mean by “Conscious Dining?”

This is our company ethos.

Located in different parts of Copenhagen, The Ark Collection restaurants pose a variety of high quality, plant based food concepts, with cool contexts, that happen to be good for the planet. Our menus are inspired by seasons, local produce but also global influences as well as what we forage weekly.

The Ark Collection offers places for any occasion, taste or budget. Through craftsmanship and determination, the Ark collection exemplifies that plant based food can be exciting and flavorsome. Only these food characteristics challenge mindsets and potentially inspire others to eat less meat and thereby ease the current environmental pressure on our planet - Conscious Dining.
