The Ark Collection currently has 3 concepts within the Copenhagen dining scene.
Restaurant Ark is our Green Michelin starred flagship, here guests can expect a friendly experience surrounded by Danish design, and a menu based on tasting dishes, driven by seasons and both local and global influences. At our bar you can enjoy unique, natural and/or bio dynamic wines and a Nordic inspired cocktail menu.
Lupa is a bistro re-envisioned. Focusing completely on plant based cuisine, with a high level of craftsmanship and friendly service. Here guests can enjoy both a set menu and ‘a la carte’ items as well as brunch on weekends. We offer an outdoor seating area on a tranquil Østerbro square during the summer.
Beyla Bar & Eatery is our casual plant based concept in the up-and-coming Carlsberg Byen area, serving classic food favorites, but with our twist.

We believe plant-based cuisine should excite, challenge perceptions, and inspire change—without compromising on flavor or creativity.
We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage daily MEP
Genuine passion for cooking and respect for ingredients
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Previous experience in a professional kitchen (Michelin, fine dining, or equivalent)
Culinary degree is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
